Information art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
In compliance with the Regulation concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as well as the free circulation of such data (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), ethernal.cloud represented by Alessandro Sanson c.f. SNSLSN69T07L736S – Tel. 329.9457110 – PEC: alessandro.sanson@postecert.it, as “Data Controller”, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data.
Source of personal data
Personal data is collected directly from the interested party.
Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended and mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data
The collection and processing of personal data is mandatory to publish the comment in the blog that contains the articles.
Data will be used for:
- provide any replies to the comment entered via email.
- collaboration with the competent judicial authorities for purposes related to the prevention and repression of crimes.
The processing of personal data takes place using manual and IT tools, with methods strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security, protection and confidentiality of the data.
I dPersonal data may be processed by employees and collaborators of ethernal.cloud, in charge of carrying out specific operations necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, under the direct authority and responsibility of Alessandro Sanson and in accordance with the instructions that will be given by the same.
Communication and publication of data
The data collected will not be disclosed but may be disclosed to third-party companies that deal with the maintenance of databases useful for sending communications.
Eternal.cloud, at the request of the interested party, will provide the list of external subjects to whom the data is transmitted.
Retention period of personal data
Ethernal.cloud will keep personal data for a period of 12 months starting from the request for cancellation of the comment, to be requested via email to privacy@ethernal.cloud.
Right to access personal data and other rights
In relation to the personal data provided, the interested party may exercise the rights referred to in EU Regulation 679/2016:
- right of access;
- the right to obtain the correction, integration, cancellation of personal data or the limitation of their processing;
- right to object to processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw consent;
- right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
The interested party may exercise the rights referred to in the Regulations by sending a written communication – by registered letter or via PEC , addressing it to the attention of the data owner Alessandro Sanson.
