Notifications and messages

There are specific sections into the ethernal.cloud app for receiving Notifications and Messages.

NOTIFICATIONS: in this section you will receive videos intended for you by friends, acquaintances or relatives. As always, videos can be viewed directly on the app or via a link.

MESSAGES: within this section you will see messages from other users of the app. You will decide whether your “state” will be visible or invisible, in order to be recognized within the app by the people who have your ID.

How to register your contacts

In the app ethernal.cloud you can register the contacts to whom deliver your videos. In order to easily recognize them, you can add a picture and sign up a name, an email adress or a phone number.

The name and the photo are useful  to make you visually track the contact, while scrolling through your list.

The mobile phone number is used for a check in our encrypted databases, to verify if the recipient also uses the app ethernal.cloud; in this case, the addressee can watch the video directly on his own device, using the app.

If your contact does not use the ethernal.cloud app, we will provide to send him an email containing the link to the video.

Once the contact has been registered, you can associate the videos addressed from a convenient visual menu: the red heart icon means that the video is not still available, while the green one allows the recipient to watch the video with a “tap” of a finger!

The delivery possibilities are endless and no video will be lost. Rest assured that the viewing of its content is always guaranteed.

Scheduling a video

ethernal.cloud does not store only the videos on the eternal cloud. If you need to upload a video to make a surprise to a person, you can simply decide to schedule watching the video.

How is it difficult?

Abosolutely not! Within the app, once you have finished editing the video with content, music and special effects, you can choose in which way you want it to be viewed. You have two options!

The two buttons are: CALENDAR THE VIDEO and ON THE CLOUD.

If we choose CALENDARIZE VIDEO, we are transported to a convenient calendar in which

If you choose TO SCHEDULE VIDEOS, you are linked to a convenient calendar in which you can look for specific day and time by using the calendar feature. Your video will appear on the respective ethernal.cloud apps of the recipient people. If someone does not have the app loaded on their mobile device, the viewing link will arrive either through a message to the chosen mobile number or on the selected email.

The delivery possibilities are endless and no video will be lost. For everyone, the vision of its content is always assured.
